Please follow the instructions below to preserve the freshness, appearance and quality of your gift for as long as possible.
Fresh flowers naturally require water and a cool environment to maintain their beauty.
Carefully remove any wrapping around the lower stems without disturbing the arrangement.
Trim approximately 1–2 cm from the bottom of each stem at a diagonal angle.
Place the bouquet in a clean vase filled with fresh, room-temperature water.
Remove any leaves that would sit below the waterline.
Change the water every day or whenever it becomes cloudy.
Keep the bouquet away from direct sunlight, heaters, air conditioners and strong draughts.
Remove wilted flowers and leaves to help the remaining flowers stay fresh.
Keep flowers away from ripening fruit, as it can cause them to age more quickly.
For the best presentation, display your bouquet in a cool indoor location.
Imported flowers are carefully sourced and may require gentle handling after delivery.
Unpack the bouquet carefully and avoid pulling individual flowers from the arrangement.
Trim the stems diagonally before placing them in clean water.
Use a clean vase and refresh the water daily.
Keep the flowers in a cool room away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.
Avoid frequently touching the petals, as imported flowers can be delicate.
If the arrangement contains floral foam, add a small amount of clean water daily to keep the foam moist.
Do not overfill boxed arrangements, as excessive water may damage the packaging.
The appearance and opening stage of imported flowers may change naturally over time.
Fresh flower malas and gajras are delicate and should be handled gently.
Keep them inside their protective packaging until they are needed.
Lightly mist the flowers with clean water without soaking them.
Store them in a cool refrigerator, away from frozen items and direct airflow.
Do not place heavy objects on top of the flowers.
Avoid folding, pressing or crushing the arrangement.
Remove them from the refrigerator shortly before wearing or presenting.
Do not place malas or gajras inside the freezer.
For the best freshness and fragrance, we recommend using flower malas and gajras on the scheduled delivery day.
Our cakes are freshly prepared and should be stored correctly after delivery.
Refrigerate the cake as soon as possible, especially during warm weather.
Keep it inside its original box to protect the decoration and flavour.
Place the box on a clean, flat and stable shelf.
Do not place heavy items on top of the cake box.
Keep the cake away from direct sunlight, heaters and warm surfaces.
Remove the cake from the refrigerator approximately 20–30 minutes before serving.
Use a clean, sharp knife for neat slices.
Return any remaining cake to the refrigerator in a covered container.
Decorative toppers, ribbons, wires, flowers and other non-edible elements must be removed before serving. Please follow any additional storage guidance provided for your selected cake flavour or design.
Chocolate products are sensitive to heat and moisture.
Store chocolates in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
Keep them away from heaters, warm vehicles and humid areas.
During very hot weather, place packaged chocolates in a refrigerator if necessary.

Balloon float time varies depending on balloon type, room temperature and environmental conditions.
To keep teddy bears and soft toys clean and presentable:
Keep them away from moisture, food stains and dusty surfaces.
Gently remove surface dust using a soft brush or dry cloth.
Spot-clean small marks with a lightly damp cloth.
Do not machine-wash unless the product label specifically allows it.
Allow the toy to dry completely in a ventilated area.

Our ribbons, baskets, boxes and decorative packaging are carefully selected to complete the presentation.
Lift gift boxes from the base instead of pulling them by the ribbon.
